Vortex Spinning

As a part of spinning, KRG Textile Mills having MVS III 870 Machine to spin the yarn.

“VORTEX spinning” is a technology which uses an air vortex to spin out the yarn. Fibres formed by these air flows possess a unique structure, and this provides the yarn with a wide range of functionalities.

Sizing

KRG having micro processor control direct warp machine  from “Karl Mayer” to produce high quality warp beams for weaving preparation. Also, the Warping Machine with auto creel blowing system, efficient tension control device and effective photocell stop motion.

The sizing Machines Karl Mayer with double size box double dip double nip have the capacity of 24 beam creeling and upto 1600 TC processing. Count ranges from Ne 6 to Ne 140 can be handled by using single shot sizing method. In order to ensure the highest performance in weaving process, our unit considers all the parameters like pick up, stretch, moisture and other appropriate characteristics that guarantee the quality of warped and sized beams.

Weaving preparatory consists of Karl Mayer warping and sizing machine – 4 direct warping, 2 Sizing machines.

Weaving

KRG produces nearly 300,000 meters of fabrics per day in widths from 39” to 126”, count range from 20’s to 60’s including very densely woven fabrics. Weaving consists of 308 looms – Toyota Airjets, Picanol Airjets, Dobby Looms (Loom width 190cm, 210cm, 220 cm, 280 cm, 340cm and 360 cm).

KRG employs the most energy efficient centrifugal compressors and use coated aluminum tubes to reduce flow resistance. Air consumption is monitored online to ensure that all looms use minimum amount of air. The humidification system reduces power and water consumption.

KRG has 308 Air jet looms with a total production capacity of 300000 meters of grey woven fabric per day

KRG can weave from20s to 80s single and ply yarns in fabric designs like Plain weave, Twill, Drill, Satin, Duck, Herringbone and Dobby.

The measurements of the fit model and garments spec is given by the client. This helps us in speeding our approval of fit, Viewing colour combination to near perfection and interaction with the customers, online or by video conferencing.

Packing Department

When we look at mass garment manufacturing for the export market and home market, we need to take care of the final packaging of articles, transportation of goods from manufacturing house to a retail shop and easy distribution of colour and sizes to the stores.
